PS Culture is a bureau that implements various cultural projects since 2014. The founder of the bureau, Yulia Napolova, brought together professional team of architects, designers, art historians and curators. Our team creates projects that attract both academic audience and public at large. We embark on the projects of various scales and complexities, developing conceptual frameworks of new museums, architecture of temporary exhibitions and designs of international expos. By managing time and space we tell stories of our clients and make their most ambitious dreams come true.
