About us

PS Culture is a bureau that implements various cultural projects since 2014. The founder of the bureau is Julia Napolova — a Latvian-born architect, who brought together a professional team of architects, designers, art historians, and curators. Our team creates projects that attract both academic audiences and the public. We embark on projects of various scales and complexities, developing conceptual frameworks of new museums, the architecture of temporary exhibitions, and designs of international expos. We tell stories of our clients and make their most ambitious dreams come true.
